ReachFlare Comp
About

The studio behind the Reach Deck.

ReachFlare Comp Inc. is a Canadian marketing agency built for teams who want reach planned honestly — with a board, an arc, and a human signing off every push.

Why we exist

Reach became a dashboard metric and lost its meaning. Impression counts climb while pipeline stays flat. Agencies ship beautiful decks that nobody can execute. In-house teams inherit channel lists copied from last year's budget. ReachFlare Comp started because we kept meeting marketing directors who knew something was wrong but lacked a studio that would say so plainly — and then fix the plan, not just the slides.

We work from 297 Geary Avenue in Toronto's west end — Suite 200 is a working studio, not a registration address. Clients sit in on reach reviews, walk the board with us, and leave with plans they understand. We serve B2B brands across the GTA, Ontario, and national teams that need a Canadian marketing agency with disciplined process and honest reporting.

Our clients include SaaS companies, professional services firms, industrial suppliers, and national nonprofits — anyone who needs reach planned with clarity rather than dashboard theatre. We are deliberately small enough that the people in your review are the people who approve your push.

What we believe

Reach is a planning problem before it is a spending problem. AI belongs inside the workflow, not on the invoice as magic. Every push should have a named owner and a read phase that tells the truth. Platform policies matter. Canadian market context matters — Quebec language requirements, provincial privacy norms, and sector regulations are not footnotes we tuck into an appendix.

We do not believe in performance theatre, bot engagement, follower packages, or guaranteed metrics. We believe in method: Plan, Mix, Push, Read — the arc on our board and the sequence we run for every client, whether the engagement is a single reach review or a twelve-month retainer.

Leadership

Accountability has a name.

Every client engagement has a named account lead who owns the reach board — from first brief through read phase. That person attends reviews, approves creative before push, and presents reporting without hiding behind jargon or vanity metrics.

We hire for judgment and plain communication, not for award-show aesthetics. When you email [email protected], a human reads it — usually within two business days. Our team includes media planners, B2B content specialists, and workflow designers who integrate AI-assisted marketing tools responsibly into client engagements.

ReachFlare Comp Inc. is incorporated in Ontario (BN 863417259 RC0001). We operate as a marketing agency under Canadian business and advertising standards, with PIPEDA-aligned privacy practice documented on this site. Our engagements are governed by written proposals and our Terms of Service.

Studio

Geary Avenue, Toronto.

The studio sits in a converted office building near Queen West and Ossington — close enough to downtown for client meetings, far enough from tower lobby culture to stay practical. The reach board lives on the wall. The analytics readout sits on the long desk. Evening sessions happen when a push goes live and someone needs to watch the first hours together.

Remote reach reviews are standard for clients outside Toronto; in-person sessions are available by appointment. Mon–Fri 09:00–17:30 Eastern. We also participate in industry panels and host occasional open-studio evenings for marketing leaders who want to see how the reach board works before committing to a brief.
