ReachFlare Comp
FAQ

Straight answers before you brief us.

What ReachFlare Comp does, how we price reach work in CAD, where AI fits, and the readings of our name we want to clear up. If your question is not here, send a short brief.

Is ReachFlare Comp a fire-safety, emergency-equipment, pyrotechnics, cannabis, crypto, bot shop, follower farm, or a company that guarantees reach, impressions, or ROI?

No. We are a B2B marketing agency focused on reach strategy, audience framing, media planning, and campaign activation for Canadian brands. "Reach" means getting the right message in front of the right people; "Flare" means the visible moment when a planned push goes live with human approval — not fire-safety products, not emergency flares, not wildfire response, not cannabis, not crypto, not bot engagement, not fake followers, and not guaranteed impressions, click-through rates, cost per acquisition, or return on investment. The .pro domain is branding only.

Project or retainer — how do you engage?

Both. Many brands start with a fixed reach review or a single strategy sprint, then move to an Always-On Reach Retainer once the first push proves the fit. We will always suggest the smaller commitment first if it is the right one.

What do engagements typically cost?

Indicative CAD ranges live on the services page, from a $2,400 reach strategy session to retainers from $7,500/mo. Final scope depends on the offer, the market, and the push window. Ad platform spend is separate and transparent. No hidden fees dressed up as our own.

What does discovery and timeline look like?

We start with a brief and a short discovery, agree the reach plan and calendar, then work in the Plan / Mix / Push / Read sequence. A focused strategy sprint runs about two to four weeks; larger media builds and retainers run longer.

Which platforms and tools do you use?

We are platform-agnostic and choose channels to fit the brief. Paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, and organic content are matched to where your audience actually is. AI-assisted marketing workflows sit on mainstream advertising and analytics tools, chosen for fit rather than novelty, always under responsible AI practice with human approval.

How is our data and creative handled?

Client and campaign data is handled per our PIPEDA-aligned privacy policy, kept only as long as needed, and never sold. Generative AI tools are used with care; we do not feed confidential client material into public models without agreement.

What is your human-in-the-loop AI policy?

AI assists with AI audience research, drafting, and AI analytics. A human edits, fact-checks, and approves everything before it ships. AI never signs off a push on its own or buys media without review.

What do you not do?

No bots or fake followers, no ROI or reach guarantees, no income or trading courses, no fire-safety or emergency-equipment readings of our name, no fabricated partner badges, and no performance theatre on reporting slides.

Who owns the creative and reports?

You own the deliverables and reports we produce for you, per the engagement terms. Your confidential information stays confidential. Illustrative case studies are always anonymised unless you agree otherwise in writing.

Do you work with brands outside Toronto?

Yes. Most reach reviews happen over video; in-person sessions are available at our Geary Avenue studio by appointment. We serve teams across Ontario and national Canadian brands. Time zones, approval paths, and the reach calendar are agreed upfront so the board stays visible to everyone holding a milestone. We have supported campaigns targeting Quebec, Western Canada, and cross-border North American audiences from our Toronto base.
