ReachFlare Comp
Services

Six disciplines on the reach rail.

Every service is scoped in Canadian dollars, agreed before we push, and run through the Plan · Mix · Push · Read arc. AI assists; humans approve.

01

Reach Strategy

Reach Strategy is where we define what "reach" means for your business — not as a vanity impression count, but as the right people encountering the right message at the right time across the Canadian market. We map your offer against audience segments, competitive context, and channel fit, then build a reach calendar with named owners and decision points. The output is a board-ready plan your marketing and sales teams can run without guessing. AI-assisted market research accelerates desk work; a strategist at ReachFlare Comp Inc. signs off every recommendation. Typical engagements run two to four weeks and include a reach review session at our Geary Avenue studio or over video. Ideal for brands entering a new province, repositioning a B2B offer, or resetting after a campaign that looked busy but did not move pipeline.

02

Audience Framing

Audience Framing turns vague "target market" language into segments you can actually buy and write for. We develop persona frameworks, messaging angles, and proof points that hold up in LinkedIn feeds, search results, and industry publications across English Canada — and French Canada where your brief requires it. This is not a slide-deck exercise: we pressure-test frames against platform targeting options, sales conversation reality, and the claims your legal team will approve. Generative AI helps draft variant angles and headline options; editorial review decides what ships. Framing work often pairs with Reach Strategy or feeds directly into Media Planning. Expect workshop sessions, a written framing document, and channel-specific message guidance your in-house team or our activation crew can execute.

03

Media Planning

Media Planning is the channel mix, budget allocation, and flighting schedule that turns strategy into spend. We build plans across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, email nurture, and organic content — chosen for fit, not because we have a favourite platform. Each plan includes reach and frequency assumptions stated plainly, creative requirements per channel, and a testing matrix for the first push window. We do not mark up ad platform spend or hide fees inside "management" lines. Plans are delivered in formats your finance team can reconcile and your media buyer can execute, whether that buyer is us or your in-house team. AI analytics tools inform historical benchmarks where data exists; human planners override when the brief demands judgment over automation.

04

Paid & Organic Activation

Paid & Organic Activation is the live push — campaigns built, trafficked, and monitored under human approval at every stage. We set up tracking, launch creative across agreed channels, monitor delivery and policy compliance, and adjust within the guardrails set in planning. Organic work runs in parallel where content calendars and community management are part of the brief. This service assumes a completed media plan or equivalent scope document; we will not push spend without one. Reporting cadence is agreed upfront — daily during critical windows, weekly for always-on work. AI-assisted bid suggestions and copy variants are reviewed before application. Ad spend is billed separately and transparently; our fee covers strategy, trafficking, optimisation labour, and plain-language readouts.

CAD $6,000–$25,000/mo
05

Creative Testing

Creative Testing is a structured programme for learning which messages, formats, and visuals earn attention before you scale spend. We design test matrices — headline variants, image treatments, landing page angles, CTA language — and run them against defined audience slices with clear success criteria that are not disguised performance guarantees. Tests are sized to produce readable signal without burning budget on noise. AI content workflows generate draft variants quickly; creative direction and compliance review filter what enters the market. Results arrive as a plain readout: what worked, what did not, what to try next, and what to retire. Creative Testing pairs well after Audience Framing or mid-flight when a campaign needs fresh angles. Fixed sprints typically run three to six weeks depending on channel count and variant volume.

Always-On Reach Retainer

Always-On Reach Retainer is for teams that want a steady marketing agency partner without rebuilding scope every quarter. Each month includes a set number of reach board reviews, media plan updates, creative refreshes, activation hours, and reporting — agreed in a statement of work and adjusted only by mutual written change. Retainer clients get priority scheduling at our Toronto studio and a named account lead who knows your board history. AI-assisted workflows are embedded for research, drafting, and analytics; your retainer covers human strategy, approval, and client communication. Retainers start after an initial Reach Strategy or equivalent onboarding so we are not guessing your audience on month one. Minimum commitment is three months; most clients stay six to twelve once the rhythm is established.
